Introducing our DACA 100


In 2012, President Obama initiated an immigration program known as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals or DACA to shield eligible immigrant youth from the threat of deportation. Since then there are now over 700,000 DACA recipients.

The incoming Trump administration has voiced its intent to discontinue the program -- leaving hundreds of thousands of immigrant youth in legal limbo. The most horrifying part is very few people are talking about this.

In response we are humanizing DACA's outstanding recipients by honoring their stories and achievements in our DACA 100 series. We're profiling 100 recipients and introducing them to America..
